Senior Project Manager (AdTech)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop detailed project plans with engineering leadership, including resource allocation and budget planning
• ▹Coordinate, track, and deliver technical projects spanning multiple teams (engineering, product, threat intelligence, detection, customer success)
• ▹Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to maintain team productivity
• ▹Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• ▹Plan, manage, and monitor project execution within allocated budgets
• ▹Conduct project risk analysis and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders
• ▹Create and maintain transparent, easy-to-read project documentation and reports
• ▹Establish and continuously improve project management best practices, tools, and templates
• ▹Drive change and efficiency with internal and external partners
• ▹Support hiring planning, onboarding, and professional growth of team members
• ▹Drive continuous improvement within the Competence Center and contribute to PMO activities and PM training

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of commercial experience in project management with a technology focus
• ▹Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• ▹Solid experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• ▹Proven track record setting up Scrum processes and coaching teams
• ▹Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes
• ▹Hands-on experience with technical requirements management
• ▹Expert-level knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration
• ▹Practical experience with BI tools
• ▹Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the AdTech domain
• ▹Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification
• ▹Basic knowledge of SQL
