Responsibilities

• ▹Configure form build solutions.
• ▹Participate in regular status calls and meetings with internal staff.
• ▹Build configurations for workflow and data mapping.
• ▹Keep the Project Manager up to date on configuration progress and issues.
• ▹Assist in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) and respond quickly to issues.
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation related to form configuration.
• ▹Track implementation progress.
• ▹Work effectively remotely with a geographically dispersed team.
• ▹Prioritize and handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• ▹Upper-intermediate English (B2-B2+).
• ▹0.5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within software.
• ▹Experience with technical product support and troubleshooting.
• ▹Experience delivering software training using online training tools.
• ▹Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• ▹Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• ▹Time management and self-motivation skills.
• ▹Customer-focused with a real passion for providing excellent customer service.
• ▹Knowledge of web-based technologies: HTML, XML, CSS.
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• ▹Experience working with JIRA to manage development projects, tickets, and tasks.
