Staff Product Designer, Prototypes

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive the North Star vision for Prototyping
• ▹Explore how generative AI can close the gap between rough sketches and fully functioning apps
• ▹Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership
• ▹Partner with Product and Engineering on AI quality and discoverability challenges
• ▹Set the bar for design excellence and mentor other designers

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
• ▹2-3+ years operating at a Staff/Principal level owning complex initiatives
• ▹Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused products and strategy
• ▹Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling
• ▹Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (product management, UX design, engineering)
• ▹Deep understanding of UX practices and information architecture
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working on design tools, editors or creative software
