• ▹Work on evolving brand guidelines and applying them to communications materials
• ▹Contribute to the UI design system
• ▹Graphic design for digital products
• ▹Collaborate with a diverse design team and colleagues across the organisation
• ▹Create clear, stylish presentation that improves user experience

Requirements

• ▹Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
• ▹Undergraduate degree in a technical subject, or a compelling narrative about an alternative path
• ▹Agency, company, or freelance design experience
• ▹Knowledge of design and quality heuristics, care for usability, accessibility, and web standards
• ▹Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
• ▹Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, accountability
• ▹Self-motivation and result-orientation
• ▹Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long
