Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and iterate on user-centered experiences that improve navigation, usability, and accessibility across web and mobile platforms
• ▹Develop high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes to communicate design solutions
• ▹Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine workflows
• ▹Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design
• ▹Contribute to and maintain the design system, applying VendueTech's visual identity in line with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
• ▹Translate complex business requirements and user needs into highly usable design solutions
• ▹Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and stakeholder reviews
• ▹Identify innovative design solutions and stay ahead of industry trends, including AI/LLMs, to keep the product competitive

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, with a strong preference for complex B2B products
• ▹A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating experience
• ▹Experience designing or contributing to design systems from scratch or using an existing library (e.g., Shadcn UI)
• ▹Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with full project ownership
• ▹Experience with Figma and design systems is a must
• ▹Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience working in a startup and SaaS environment
• ▹Experience in motion design (e.g., Jitter or similar tools) and AI tools
