Responsibilities

• ▹Become familiar with each product and how they come together on the Nova Credit platform
• ▹Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
• ▹Observe customer calls to understand pain points and needs
• ▹Review existing design systems, patterns, and user research
• ▹Contribute to at least one roadmap feature while assessing a longer-term design vision
• ▹Lead end-to-end design for at least one significant product initiative
• ▹Establish or refine design processes to enhance collaboration among design, product, and engineering
• ▹Identify opportunities to enhance conversion, usability, and consumer experience
• ▹Contribute to the design system's evolution, defining scalable patterns
