Senior/Experienced Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and flows to polished prototypes and user testing
• ▹Turn ambiguous ideas into cohesive UX that drives activation, retention and onboarding
• ▹Partner with product and data science to run lightweight usability testing and interpret activation and retention funnels
• ▹Build and own the design system for speed and consistency across surfaces
• ▹Define trophi.ai's visual identity and interaction patterns as the company scales
• ▹Play and test the products inside real games (sim racing, Rocket League) and validate AI-integrated UI
• ▹Build deep customer empathy through research and interviews

Requirements

• ▹4+ years designing consumer products in gaming or B2C SaaS
• ▹Data-informed decision making, balancing qualitative research and quantitative insights
• ▹Systems thinking connecting user goals, flows and business outcomes
• ▹Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change
• ▹Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs and decisions
• ▹Working knowledge of AI features and how to design user-friendly ML applications
• ▹Experience mentoring designers
