Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term relationships
• ▹Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop an automation roadmap
• ▹Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping to implementation and post-go-live support
• ▹Oversee project teams (solution architects, developers, project managers) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• ▹Proactively manage client expectations, communicating progress, risks and issues
• ▹Track and report on KPIs to measure project success and client satisfaction
• ▹Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client accounts
• ▹Own OKRs including Delivery, Revenue and P&L

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in enterprise software/SaaS or IT services/consulting
• ▹Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to completion
• ▹Strong understanding of RPA, Gen AI and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus
• ▹Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• ▹Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels
• ▹Excellent project management and organizational skills
• ▹Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• ▹Strong understanding of RPA, Gen AI and Intelligent Automation principles
