DeFi Product Owner (Bilingual: English & Mandarin)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Understand on-chain mechanisms deeply: account models, transaction patterns, RPC/indexer reliability, caching, cross-chain workflows
• ▹Handle wallet and core DeFi scenarios: self-custodial wallets, swaps, staking, lending, yield, token standards
• ▹Enable peer-to-peer technical dialogue with the engineering team (full-stack/backend background: React, Node, API, cloud architecture)
• ▹Build C-end consumer-grade crypto products combined with ecosystem-focused features (onboarding, points/incentive systems, app discovery, partner integrations)
• ▹Deliver proven, quantifiable user growth or ecosystem integration results
• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data, and Ecosystem/BD teams

Requirements

• ▹3–5+ years of DeFi product experience, with a track record of building products from 0 to 1 (startup or core team experience preferred)
• ▹Full-stack or backend development background (React, Node, API, cloud architecture)
• ▹Fluent in both Chinese and English
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment
• ▹A smart-contract-first mindset regarding on-chain security

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with a well-known EVM DeFi project
• ▹Participation in setting protocol standards (e.g. EIP proposals)
• ▹Hands-on experience with OAuth/SDK integration
