Experienced Generative AI Developer – RAG, AI Agents & LLM Industrialization

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, vectorization, embeddings, indexing
• ▹Integrate LLMs into robust application architectures (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock or internal models)
• ▹Develop conversational assistants and AI agents orchestrating multi-step business tasks
• ▹Work on document use cases: OCR, document transformation, information extraction, augmented search, synthesis
• ▹Design APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to business applications
• ▹Contribute to technical feasibility studies based on business needs
• ▹Contribute to industrialization: testing, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring, documentation
• ▹Set up AI observability: prompt tracking, response quality, latency, cost, errors, hallucinations
• ▹Contribute to LLMOps best practices: prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails
• ▹Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily, refinement, sprint planning, demos, retros)

Requirements

• ▹Advanced Python skills
• ▹Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio or equivalents
• ▹API-first and microservices development experience
• ▹Knowledge of RAG architectures: vector search, hybrid search, embeddings, document indexing
• ▹Experience with vector databases or search engines (Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or equivalents)
• ▹Familiarity with AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or equivalents
• ▹Experience integrating LLMs (Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock or internal models)
• ▹Knowledge of multi-model orchestration, prompt management, fallback, agents and tool calls
• ▹Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or containerized cloud environments
• ▹CI/CD experience: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalents
• ▹Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Langfuse or equivalents
• ▹Database and storage knowledge: PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch or equivalents
• ▹Experience with unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and AI response evaluation
• ▹Good communication and consulting mindset, able to align with clients

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with large-scale document pipelines
• ▹Experience with OCR, data extraction or document analysis
