Large-Scale Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan the project (scope, activities, resources, schedule, financial parameters)
• ▹Regularly track project progress with the contract lead
• ▹Advise managers in critical situations, providing recommendations
• ▹Support preparation of periodic reports (executive progress reports, status reports)
• ▹Coordinate between stakeholders, assess impacts, align results
• ▹Document and track change requests and pending items
• ▹Organize information and consultation meetings, produce minutes
• ▹Ensure the quality of deliverables and coordinate review/approval mechanisms
• ▹Support the integration of Agile-Lean practices

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹French language proficiency (spoken and written)
• ▹At least 15 years of professional experience in IT
• ▹At least 10 years of experience as a project lead
• ▹At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator
• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, administration or a relevant field

Nice to have

• ▹PMI certification
• ▹Agile certification
