Project Control Officer (PCO)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the client's delivery team in preparing project management deliverables
• ▹Prepare work planning and cost estimation together with the contract lead
• ▹Develop detailed project scheduling using project management software and track activities
• ▹Manage and track resource time and effort
• ▹Produce project management documents (change requests, pending items, deliverable management)
• ▹Track schedule and cost progress and produce reports
• ▹Manage the projects' documentation structure
• ▹Support the client's delivery team in various committee meetings
• ▹Support the preparation of presentations for senior management

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹French language proficiency (spoken and written)
• ▹At least 8 years of professional experience in IT
• ▹At least 3 years of experience as a project control officer (PCO)
• ▹At least 2 years of experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)
• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, administration or a relevant field

Nice to have

• ▹PMI certification
• ▹Agile certification
