Responsibilities

• ▹Plan the project (scope, activities, effort, prerequisites, timelines, resource allocation, financial parameters)
• ▹Regularly track project progress with the client's contract lead
• ▹Advise managers in critical situations with opinions or recommendations
• ▹Contribute to periodic reports (executive progress reports)
• ▹Coordinate stakeholders to assess impacts and ensure result consistency
• ▹Document and log change requests and outstanding items
• ▹Organize and lead meetings, and write minutes
• ▹Ensure quality of work and deliverables through appropriate review mechanisms
• ▹Contribute to the adoption of Agile-Lean practices

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹Ability to work in French (spoken and written)
• ▹Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT
• ▹Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or a relevant field
• ▹Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)

• ▹Agile certification
• ▹PMI certification
