Responsibilities

• ▹Plan the project (scope, activities, resources, deadlines, financial parameters)
• ▹Regularly report on project progress to the contract lead
• ▹Advise managers with recommendations
• ▹Prepare periodic reports (executive progress reports, status reports)
• ▹Coordinate between stakeholders and assess impacts
• ▹Document and track change requests and pending items
• ▹Organize and lead information and consultation meetings, produce minutes
• ▹Ensure the quality of work and deliverables
• ▹Support the integration of Agile-Lean practices within the organization

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹French language proficiency (spoken and written)
• ▹At least 10 years of professional experience in IT
• ▹At least 8 years of experience as an IT project manager
• ▹Bachelor's degree in IT, administration or a relevant field
• ▹At least 3 years of experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)

Nice to have

• ▹Agile certification
• ▹PMI certification
