Senior SAP HCM Payroll & Time Consultant

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage administrative and payroll processes
• ▹Configure Time, Payroll and post-payroll in SAP HCM
• ▹Apply French payroll legislation and processes
• ▹Manage post-payroll processes, particularly DSN
• ▹Lead design workshops
• ▹Produce functional and technical specifications (blueprints)
• ▹Support acceptance testing of configurations
• ▹Deliver functional and/or application training
• ▹Manage client relationships

Requirements

• ▹Significant SAP HCM Payroll / EC Payroll experience, at least 5 years
• ▹Knowledge of administrative and payroll processes
• ▹Knowledge of French payroll legislation and processes
• ▹Knowledge of DSN and post-payroll processes in France
• ▹Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, rigor, team spirit
• ▹Geographic mobility
• ▹Good knowledge of English
