SAP HCM Consultant – Time & Payroll (French Speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide application support and expert consultancy
• ▹Manage and resolve standard support tickets under guidance from senior team members
• ▹Develop and maintain clean, reliable and maintainable code and system configurations
• ▹Execute system tests to ensure specifications are met
• ▹Prepare technical and functional documentation
• ▹Manage daily priorities and tickets, meeting deadlines
• ▹Report progress regularly to the team manager
• ▹Maintain effective internal and external communication

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree with a business or technical focus, or equivalent experience
• ▹Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• ▹Solid understanding of HR processes and the SAP HCM system architecture
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
