GTMS Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Take charge of the end-to-end business process for customers and deliver a solution with tangible business benefits
• ▹Gain deep expertise in GTMS software features to map customer needs to the system design
• ▹Design and build the system per established best practices
• ▹Collaborate with the back-office team to set up the system, build interfaces, tailor the UI, and deliver reports
• ▹Author detailed functional specifications for custom enhancements, reports, and statements
• ▹Lead system walkthroughs regularly during the build phase
• ▹Perform quality assurance by identifying and resolving system issues during validation
• ▹Provide knowledge transfer sessions to customers for system handover
• ▹Coordinate the cutover to production across teams
• ▹Keep learning new GTMS features and mentor new hires
