Responsibilities

• ▹Manage multiple clients and projects at any given time
• ▹Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding consulting services
• ▹Assist with scoping and estimating project work
• ▹Identify and close new service opportunities for assigned clients
• ▹Identify the consulting skills required for the projects
• ▹Lead implementation projects
• ▹Manage SOW/contract requirements and change requests
• ▹Adhere to documented PMO processes and procedures
• ▹Define deliverables, templates and standards for the project
• ▹Develop and manage a detailed integrated project plan with milestones and deliverables
• ▹Track and report project performance metrics to the client
• ▹Manage project issues, risks, scope, budgets and client expectations
• ▹Act as first point of escalation for project issues
• ▹Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders
• ▹Leverage opportunities for add-on sales
• ▹Monitor budget to actual expenditures, headcount and deliverable completion
• ▹Manage project financials (resources, schedule, budget)
• ▹Develop in-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
• ▹Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers
