Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals, requirements, and roadmaps
• ▹Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and define features with precise acceptance criteria
• ▹Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand use cases and challenges
• ▹Enhance usability across metrics, dashboards, APIs, alerts, and analytics
• ▹Simplify the product portfolio through consolidation and EOL initiatives
• ▹Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to prioritize investments

Requirements

• ▹Extensive Product Management experience with technical expertise in system design, APIs, and data flows
• ▹Experience with observability, monitoring, analytics, or infrastructure products
• ▹Understanding of telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting concepts
• ▹Ability to write PRDs and translate customer needs into actionable requirements
• ▹Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
