Development Team Leader (Python)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of Python developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality and delivery
• ▹Mentor and coach team members
• ▹Drive engineering excellence in coding, architecture and testing
• ▹Plan and manage team capacity, sprints and milestones
• ▹Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Architects and Product Owners
• ▹Ensure effective adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• ▹Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of commercial software development experience
• ▹2+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies
• ▹Strong technical expertise in Python and OOP
• ▹Experience with the .NET ecosystem
• ▹Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, RabbitMQ
• ▹Proficiency in TDD, unit, integration and acceptance testing
• ▹Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (MsSQL, MongoDB), Docker, AWS/Azure
• ▹Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
