Responsibilities

• ▹Set up and manage technical configurations via the web interface, ensuring maximum accuracy
• ▹Handle betting rate configurations
• ▹Collaborate with the L2 Support team on complex technical queries escalated to L3
• ▹Handle tickets coming from L1, tracking and passing on tickets that cannot be resolved
• ▹Read, write and maintain technical documentation
• ▹Create and manage existing technical configurations needed to make the product work

Requirements

• ▹At least 1 year of experience in L2 technical support
• ▹Upper-intermediate English, both written and verbal
• ▹Experience supporting systems built on client-server architecture
• ▹Experience working with browser-based developer consoles
• ▹Confidence in troubleshooting network issues
• ▹Ability to work with technical documentation, from reading to writing and maintaining it
• ▹Analytical mindset, able to approach problems comprehensively
• ▹Ability to multitask and cope with routine work

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Grafana, Kibana, Jira
• ▹Project management experience
• ▹Ability to work remotely for long periods
• ▹Advanced English
• ▹Technical education in any field
• ▹Technical experience above L2 helpdesk, such as devops, sysadmin or programming
• ▹Spanish language skills
• ▹Experience in online gambling
