Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of AI solutions, focused on AI agents and agentic workflows
• ▹Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle of AI products: discovery through monitoring
• ▹Lead and manage an AI engineering team: technical direction, task breakdown, mentoring, code reviews
• ▹Design and implement solutions using AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker)
• ▹Build and integrate AI applications using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and relevant AI/ML frameworks
• ▹Design agentic systems that safely interact with APIs, internal platforms, and business workflows
• ▹Define best practices for LLM application development: prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, guardrails
• ▹Drive MLOps and LLMOps practices: model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, monitoring, drift detection
• ▹Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, security, and platform teams
• ▹Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and vendors

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience in AI engineering and production-grade AI systems
• ▹Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker)
• ▹Knowledge of Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and AI/ML frameworks
• ▹Team leadership and mentoring experience
• ▹Knowledge of LLM application development: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling
