Responsibilities

• ▹Taking operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms
• ▹Leading the AI Operations team's technical response when AI tools, platforms, or underlying capabilities change
• ▹Setting and upholding technical operational standards for AI tooling
• ▹Improving visibility around AI tool configuration, platform usage, access administration, and operational performance
• ▹Identifying weak, unstable, or high-friction AI tooling operations, developing technical solutions and driving them to be durable and scalable
• ▹Giving leadership clearer visibility on where the AI tooling stack is performing reliably

Requirements

• ▹Practical technical judgment on AI platforms and tooling
• ▹Ability to bring order to messy AI tooling operations
• ▹Ability to push through technical improvements
• ▹Strong organisation and judgment
