Senior Ingestion Engineer (UA/Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹End-to-end implementation of features
• ▹Advocate for best practices
• ▹Provide technical leadership
• ▹Work closely with the product team to ideate, develop, and deploy new features
• ▹Participate in on-call duties
• ▹Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer with proficiency in Python
• ▹Good understanding of relational databases (SQL)
• ▹Experience with distributed systems (Apache Kafka, Apache Spark) is a plus
• ▹Experience owning and leading technical projects with other technical teams
• ▹Experience with AI coding assistance (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus
• ▹Open and inclusive mindset
• ▹Self-starter in a fully remote environment

Nice to have
