VAS Planning and Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of the PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• ▹Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover
• ▹Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
• ▹Drive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance
• ▹Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions
• ▹Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware/software delivery and deployment planning
• ▹Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and service opportunities
• ▹Support critical maintenance activities and complex changes in production environments

Requirements

• ▹Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture
• ▹Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements
• ▹Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols
• ▹Solid IP networking knowledge
• ▹English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of 5G Core architecture
• ▹Experience working with large volumes of data
• ▹Experience working with Linux-based operating systems
