Responsibilities

• ▹Deployment, automation, management and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production system and infrastructure
• ▹Evaluation of new technology alternatives and vendor products
• ▹System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms
• ▹Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and cloud security solutions
• ▹Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements
• ▹Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging and monitoring on the AWS platform
• ▹Designing, maintaining and managing tools for automation of operational processes

Requirements

• ▹7 years of hands-on experience in provisioning, operating and managing AWS environments
• ▹Deep expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language - Python or Node.js essential
• ▹Solid understanding of Linux operating systems
• ▹Proven experience building highly automated infrastructure environments
• ▹Strong grasp of AWS security best practices and compliance standards
• ▹Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
• ▹Availability for on-call duty during weekends or holidays, approximately once every 4-5 weeks
