Responsibilities

• ▹Own one core platform area end-to-end (observability or CI/CD): architecture, reliability, roadmap
• ▹Drive technical initiatives end-to-end: requirements, design doc, implementation, production rollout, operations
• ▹Bring clarity to ambiguous situations by defining requirements, assumptions, and next steps
• ▹Design for reliability and scale, evolving the architecture of the platforms
• ▹Act as the go-to technical reference and senior escalation point for the area

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level experience in a DevOps/platform engineering role
• ▹Experience with observability tooling: VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Graylog/VictoriaLogs, fluent bit
• ▹Experience with CI/CD tooling: Jenkins scripted pipelines, Harbor, Nexus

The backend runs on Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB; the frontend stack uses Webpack, Vue.js, and React, written mostly in TypeScript. The 160+ person team is based mainly across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
