Responsibilities

• ▹Manage a portfolio of accounts and build/maintain success plans
• ▹Run regular calls, mostly in European time zones
• ▹Help customers use the right API endpoints for their use case
• ▹Help troubleshoot technical issues
• ▹Spot and close expansion opportunities
• ▹Own renewals and coordinate invoicing with Finance
• ▹Onboard new customers: sales handover, integration plan, review first integration
• ▹Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing

• ▹2+ years of relevant experience
