Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with customers to understand transportation and logistics processes and transform them into scalable OTM solutions
• ▹Lead and oversee OTM implementations, ensuring integration with existing systems
• ▹Facilitate design meetings and manage project timelines and budgets
• ▹Delegate and track project team member tasks across geographies
• ▹Perform hands-on configuration work
• ▹Coach, mentor and provide performance counseling to junior team members
• ▹Identify and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience in OTM solution design and implementation
• ▹Extensive understanding of transportation, logistics operations and industry best practices
• ▹Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• ▹Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
• ▹Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
