Senior Oracle ERP/SCM Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and own the global template architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM applications, aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards
• ▹Design scalable solutions that harmonize global business processes while meeting country-specific statutory, tax and localization requirements
• ▹Evaluate complex business requirements to find the optimal balance between standard Oracle functionality, PaaS extensions and third-party integrations
• ▹Act as the client-facing offshore Solution Architect, leading architectural workshops, design reviews and roadmapping sessions with global CXOs and BU leaders
• ▹Govern offshore delivery quality and guide functional and technical leads
• ▹Lead the strategy and execution of phased multi-country deployments
• ▹Champion AI-led project delivery methodologies to accelerate design, testing, data migration and deployment
• ▹Oversee data migration strategies, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization
• ▹Identify and mitigate architectural risks and integration bottlenecks early

Requirements

• ▹18+ years of experience in Oracle implementation, consulting and architecture, with strong exposure to Enterprise Architecture governance
• ▹At least 8 years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM solutions
• ▹Proven track record of leading at least three full-lifecycle, multi-country Oracle Cloud rollouts with complex localizations (e.g. EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• ▹Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven delivery methodologies and automated accelerators to compress timelines
• ▹Deep cross-functional expertise in ERP (Financials, Procurement) and SCM (Order Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning)
• ▹Extensive experience as a client-facing offshore anchor, managing distributed delivery teams and working directly with C-level executives
• ▹Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Nice to have

• ▹Enterprise Architecture or SCM certifications such as APICS, TOGAF
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Oracle PaaS (OIC, VBCS)
• ▹Industry expertise in manufacturing, high-tech or retail
