Senior User Experience (UX) Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct user research to understand the target audiences needs and pain points
• ▹Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders
• ▹Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups for new interface concepts
• ▹Evaluate the existing UI and identify areas for improvement
• ▹Streamline complex workflows and information architecture
• ▹Run usability testing sessions and gather feedback

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio
• ▹Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
• ▹Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability and accessibility standards
• ▹Familiarity with software development processes
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to present and defend design decisions
