Responsibilities

• ▹Reworking the current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing
• ▹Conducting thorough user research to understand the target audience's needs, pain points, and preferences
• ▹Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to gather insights and align design strategy
• ▹Designing and creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions
• ▹Evaluating and analyzing the existing UI, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions to enhance usability
• ▹Streamlining complex workflows, interactions, and information architecture
• ▹Ensuring the new design aligns with the company's brand identity, values, and visual guidelines
• ▹Conducting usability testing sessions and gathering user feedback to validate design choices

Requirements

• ▹Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects
• ▹Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• ▹Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• ▹Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to balance UX improvements with technical feasibility
• ▹Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
