Software Engineer | Smart Working

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop web applications and analyze problems in collaboration with clients
• ▹Identify and implement the most appropriate technical and organizational solutions
• ▹Exchange regular feedback with colleagues and clients
• ▹Participate actively in internal community initiatives (open governance, lean coffee)

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience developing web applications with solid architecture and best-practice foundations
• ▹Strong command of at least one programming language
• ▹Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, e2e)
• ▹Flexibility and technical curiosity across different tech stacks
• ▹Good written and spoken English
• ▹Residency in Italy

Nice to have

• ▹Active participation in tech communities
• ▹Contributions to open source projects
• ▹Sharing knowledge through articles, talks or mentoring
• ▹Experience or interest in cloud and DevOps
