Principal AI/ML Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical strategy and architecture, designing scalable ML, search and agentic AI solutions for clients
• ▹Manage client engagements as the primary technical point of contact
• ▹Lead and mentor engineering teams, setting technical direction
• ▹Drive innovation in agentic workflows, agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines
• ▹Oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and iteration

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering with a track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems
• ▹Significant client-facing experience in a consulting or architectural role
• ▹Proven leadership and project management experience
• ▹Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• ▹Expert-level understanding of LLMs and agentic design patterns such as LangChain/LangGraph
