Responsibilities

• ▹Define SLIs and SLOs with teams
• ▹Create systems for observability
• ▹Analyze failure scenarios and mitigations
• ▹Create runbooks to remediate or prevent failures
• ▹Participate in incident management and on-call duty

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• ▹Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• ▹Knowledge of networking, security, IAM, high availability and cost optimization
• ▹Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, telemetry, SLIs/SLOs
• ▹Experience with troubleshooting, incident response, RCA, post-mortems, reducing TTR
• ▹C2-level English
