Responsibilities

• ▹Evolve the credit platform architecture with a focus on scalability and resilience
• ▹Code critical solutions, serving as a technical example for the team
• ▹Mentor engineers, promoting good design and architecture practices
• ▹Build robust observability with dashboards and metrics for critical systems
• ▹Engage with partner teams to design solutions for internal customers
• ▹Adapt cross-team technical direction to the team's context

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience with Java or Kotlin
• ▹Proven experience in highly available critical systems (banking, payments or marketplace)
• ▹Deep knowledge of software architecture and domain-driven design
• ▹Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability and system metrics
• ▹Ability to influence technical decisions with clear, assertive communication
• ▹Product vision connecting technology with business impact
• ▹Autonomy to take on responsibility and get things done

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in regulated environments (insurance, fintech) or credit platforms
• ▹Experience applying AI in regulated contexts
• ▹Background in fintechs or digital financial products
