Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen
• ▹Develop reasoning loops (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute) for decomposing research goals into sub-tasks
• ▹Build and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines over structured clinical data and scientific literature
• ▹Create and maintain tools for agents to interface with federated APIs, SQL databases and bioinformatics engines
• ▹Implement secure, sandboxed code-interpreter capabilities for Python/R execution
• ▹Fine-tune LLMs for function-calling and tool-use accuracy in the life sciences domain
• ▹Develop evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge) for agentic performance, truthfulness and safety
• ▹Implement human-in-the-loop patterns for high-stakes scientific decisions
• ▹Partner with Security teams on agent safety

Requirements

• ▹Experience with machine learning and LLM-based systems (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• ▹Python programming
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Experience building LLM-based agentic systems
