Senior Software Engineer (Spain Only)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop medium to large features across the full stack (backend, frontend, databases, pipelines)
• ▹Work autonomously on not-fully-defined tasks, making technical decisions
• ▹Identify product or platform issues and propose improvements before they escalate
• ▹Care for code quality, both your own and the team's: reviews, clear standards
• ▹Produce documentation, technical proposals, and runbooks
• ▹Apply good engineering practices: automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), pairing, refactoring
• ▹Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and migration automation
• ▹Manage deployments and infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform, preferably on Azure
• ▹Contribute to system resilience: monitoring, alerting, SLOs/SLIs, incident management
• ▹Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Mentor less experienced colleagues
• ▹Integrate AI tools and practices throughout the development flow, including agentic automation

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical mastery with independent judgment beyond any single framework or language
• ▹Proven experience building web applications on real, collaborative projects, leading features end to end
• ▹Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (we use .NET and Vue, but similar stacks are valued)
• ▹Experience developing and consuming REST APIs with good design practices
• ▹Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
• ▹Solid experience in CI/CD and deployment automation
• ▹Comfortable working with legacy code: reading context, adapting, and refactoring when needed

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure
