Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design and implementation of data infrastructure, including integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources for advanced analytics
• ▹Evaluate and select external analytics tools, platforms, and technologies
• ▹Create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their data needs and drive scalable data-driven solutions
• ▹Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members
• ▹Document analytics processes and establish clear practices for long-term team scalability and easy onboarding

Requirements

• ▹Proficiency in Python and SQL, combined with a solid understanding of big data technologies
• ▹Strong coding skills and the ability to write maintainable, performant code
• ▹Proven expertise with ETL processes, data integration, and building reliable data pipelines
• ▹Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments, ideally AWS
• ▹Experience developing interactive dashboards and data insights using BI tools (such as Looker or Tableau)
• ▹Advanced knowledge of data analytics concepts, techniques, and methodologies
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data issues
• ▹Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• ▹Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish and manage timelines effectively
• ▹Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
• ▹Experience with project management, including managing timelines, resources, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines
