Senior/Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, architect and help implement features to run world-class games at scale
• ▹Take ownership for the quality of what the team creates, helping to establish good practices
• ▹Deliver code and supporting documentation of the highest quality through good design, attention to detail and timely system testing
• ▹Ensure systems perform, and are reliable, scalable and secure

• ▹Share knowledge and help colleagues both inside and outside of the team

Requirements

• ▹Team player with good communication skills, easy to work with
• ▹Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals (data structures, concurrency, design patterns, algorithms)
• ▹High-quality and maintainable code writing
• ▹Mastery of Java, C# or another OO language, including experience with asynchronous, multi-threaded, parallel programming
• ▹Always looking to keep improving your skills
• ▹Product engineering mindset
• ▹Open to all seniority levels, from junior on up

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP)
• ▹Familiarity with TDD, CI, CD
• ▹Experience with low-latency, high-volume distributed systems and Big Data computing technologies
• ▹Web development experience with a modern framework such as React or Angular
