Senior Java/Kotlin Developer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate user needs into technical solutions
• ▹Own features end-to-end, from first sketch to release and beyond
• ▹Help maintain a fast deployment rhythm (about 70 deploys a week), balancing speed, quality and business impact
• ▹Share best practices on prompt engineering, AI-driven refactoring and maintaining quality in an AI-augmented workflow
• ▹Help the team navigate AI-augmented development practices

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of professional software development experience, including a first role at a product company (SaaS, fintech, marketplace, etc.)
• ▹Deep proficiency in Java or Kotlin, confident navigating complex backend architectures, APIs and data models

Nice to have

• ▹Curiosity about or experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Gemini, Claude Code)
