Engineering Lead - Tech Delivery & Enablement

Responsibilities

• ▹Shadow the CTO (via Zoom) and document key tech systems: deployments, Redis caching, microservice structure
• ▹Lead daily Zoom syncs with the CTO and PM to align priorities
• ▹Review PRs, guide junior developers, and enforce quality via GitHub
• ▹Coordinate outsourced and internal teams across backend, frontend and mobile
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation in Google Docs / ClickUp
• ▹Own 1-2 microservices (e.g. auth, notifications) within the first 8 weeks
• ▹Support the Product Manager in grooming features and creating tech tasks
• ▹Ensure proper backups, deployments, rollback plans and SOPs are in place
• ▹Suggest and implement performance improvements and DevOps enhancements
• ▹Support platform stability and security by defining and auditing standards

Requirements

• ▹Senior full-stack engineer or backend expert experience
• ▹Ability to lead, document and elevate a fast-scaling product
• ▹Experience with Node.js + NestJS, MongoDB + Mongoose, Redis, AWS (Cognito, S3, SES, SNS), ElasticSearch on the backend
• ▹Knowledge of React.js, REST APIs, WebSockets, SSL, CORS on the frontend
• ▹Experience with microservices architecture
