Responsibilities

• ▹Design architectures and deploy MDM solutions such as MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace One
• ▹Create and deploy application packaging based on client needs
• ▹Ensure workstation security with appropriate tools and measures (antivirus, firewall, encryption, EDR, GPO, conditional access)
• ▹Maintain and manage the full lifecycle of workstations
• ▹Design the workstation experience with a user-centered vision
• ▹Define provisioning by the OEM and various partners
• ▹Define standard builds for Windows 10 & 11 workstations
• ▹Implement modern deployment solutions (Autopilot) and automation (Graph API, Power Automate)
• ▹Optimize patch management across environments
• ▹Deploy virtual desktop and published application services (Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop)
• ▹Support project teams, clients and end users throughout workstation project lifecycles

Requirements

• ▹Experience with MDM solutions: MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace One
• ▹Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 workstation architecture
• ▹Experience with Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop
• ▹Automation tools: Graph API, Power Automate
