Responsibilities

• ▹Support the operation, configuration and monitoring of applications
• ▹Automate and optimize operational processes
• ▹Analyze and resolve production incidents (L2/L3 technical support)
• ▹Define, track and analyze performance indicators
• ▹Set up observability tools to monitor systems and analyze performance
• ▹Keep up to date with tools and evolving practices

Requirements

• ▹Strong command of Linux/Unix systems
• ▹CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, GitHub
• ▹Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• ▹Scripting languages: Python, Bash
• ▹Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
