Solutions and Software Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Choose the application and software solutions that make up a system's high-level application architecture
• ▹Put in place the programming standards applicable to the software
• ▹Coach developers during the implementation phase of software solutions
• ▹Work with quality assurance and operations leads to set up the metrics that track application quality and performance
• ▹Provide the expertise needed for the persistence and inter-system integration layers
• ▹Be accountable for architecture and design choices affecting the design, delivery, operation and evolution of systems

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹Ability to work in French (spoken and written)
• ▹At least 5 years of experience as a solutions and software architect across several engagements
• ▹Designed and modeled at least one software and inter-software architecture
• ▹Experience in architecture of application solutions in an agile mode
• ▹Experience in architecture of reactive solutions
• ▹Experience in architecture of application solutions developed continuously and iteratively
