Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a post-sales technical lead responsible for driving the successful adoption, scaling, and self-sufficiency of advanced software solutions, including Mendix, Graph Studio, AI Cloud, and SAS Language Compiler tools.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers toward effective product utilization and establish robust architectural views
  • Foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on prototyping and integrations
  • Create clear technical account plans and ensure seamless orchestration across teams
  • Empower customer teams to become self-sufficient
  • Drive account growth by surfacing new technical use cases and de-risking expansions
  • Share adoption best practices to scale know-how across the organization
  • Act as the voice of the customer, channeling structured field insights to Siemens' Product teams
  • Provide technical input to the Account Executive and align strategies with Expert Services
  • Coordinate across Specialists, Renewal Specialists, and Partner AEs for seamless execution and planning
  • Advise customer architects on product integration without taking ownership of architecture decisions
  • Act as the bridge to the Field CTO, delivering field insights upstream and roadmap context to customers
