Technical Implementation Manager - Embedded Finance

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate agreed business requirements and solution proposals into comprehensive project delivery plans and operating rhythms for end-to-end partner integrations
• ▹Own overall project management for client product integrations, including communication, risk/dependency management, and day-to-day workstream orchestration
• ▹Lead delivery of partner projects closely with integration engineers and technical stakeholders
• ▹Drive a core project team across all phases of the sales and delivery lifecycle
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional approvals from internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, privacy, risk, operations, finance, product)
• ▹Partner with product and engineering to prioritize solution requirements for integrations
• ▹Collaborate with internal PMO/program functions to align delivery milestones with roadmaps
• ▹Apply professional services methodologies and disciplined project management practices
• ▹Track and communicate clear metrics, lead structured post-launch reviews

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in a related field
• ▹5+ years in Product Delivery/Project Management, managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations
• ▹5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions
• ▹Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders (C-level, technical teams, operations)
• ▹Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience delivering large-scale partner integrations in fintech, payments, or adjacent regulated industries
• ▹Hands-on experience with integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API-based integrations
• ▹Formal training/certification in project management or agile delivery (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• ▹Experience managing enterprise/strategic accounts as part of a broader account team
• ▹Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
