Head of Operations Analytics

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and evolve a team including a Team Lead, Data Engineer, technical analysts, and Business Analysts
• ▹Partner with senior Operations leaders on performance, risks, and trade-offs
• ▹Own performance insight and business storytelling connecting data to outcomes
• ▹Define KPIs and improve consistency of performance measurement
• ▹Build scalable insight capabilities with data, operations, finance, and product teams

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience leading analytics or decision-support teams, ideally in a fast-scaling or transformation-led environment
• ▹Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
• ▹Strong commercial instincts for identifying which metrics matter
• ▹Enough fluency in SQL, data modelling, and modern BI tooling for credible technical dialogue
