As the primary technical resource for 1Password's Partner and Channel team, this role drives technical win rates and accelerates deal velocity across the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical win rates and accelerate deal velocity across the partner ecosystem
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both partners and their end customers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Support teams
  • Engage directly with partner technical stakeholders and decision-makers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing and partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging, high-impact presentations and demos, including to C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate how 1Password's go-to-market strategy and product portfolio complement partner solutions
  • Experience designing and delivering technical enablement sessions for partner sales and technical teams
  • Familiarity with channel partner business models (VAR, MSP, distributor, ISV), including margin and incentive programmes
  • Proven ability to lead structured technical discovery conversations with partner teams and end customers
  • Experience collaborating with enablement to produce technical collateral (solution briefs, integration guides, demo scripts)
  • Strong level of autonomy, able to drive projects with limited guidance
