As part of 1Password's Sales Engineering team, this role drives revenue growth, win rate improvement, and deal velocity for the SMB segment through strategic technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- ▹Drive revenue growth, improve win rates, and accelerate deal velocity through strategic technical guidance
- ▹Partner closely with Account Executives to position 1Password's multi-product solution (EPM, SaaS Manager, Device Trust)
- ▹Lead and manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements validating technical success criteria
- ▹Navigate high-volume, fast-paced SMB sales cycles
- ▹Apply frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and influence decision-makers
- ▹Support customers with compliance needs (security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, vendor registration)
- ▹Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience on enablement resources
