On 1Password's Technical Account Management team, this role owns the technical side of the post-sale customer lifecycle, advising on identity, access, and device security.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of the post-sale customer lifecycle
  • Guide implementations and drive adoption
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor on identity, access, device trust, and SaaS security
  • Take on the most strategic and complex accounts
  • Mentor fellow team members
  • Influence how customer engagement, processes, and best practices scale across the organization
  • Work alongside leadership to shape processes and product outcomes as a subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant) within SaaS or security-focused B2B
  • Proven ability to lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations with the most complex customer requirements
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and demo skills, translating complex technical concepts into business value
  • Extensive experience driving customer adoption
